What parents ask us
Which size should I choose?
Sizes follow age: 1-3, 3-8 and 8-14. If your child is tall for their age, choose the size above. Our size guide shows the dimensions and height of each one.
From what age can my child use a pillow?
The smallest size is for children from 1 year old. Babies under 12 months sleep flat on their back, without a pillow.
Can I wash the whole pillow?
Yes, in the washing machine at 30 °C. Let it air dry completely before putting it back on the bed. No tumble dryer, no bleach.
What if it doesn’t suit my child?
You have 30 nights to try it at home. Send it back clean and in good condition, and we refund the price you paid, even if your child has slept on it.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery is free and tracked anywhere in the UK. Each order is prepared and checked within a few days, then usually arrives 6 to 10 working days after it ships.
Where is the pillow made?
In a partner workshop in China that specialises in children’s pillows, made to our specifications. Each pillow is checked before it leaves.
